Marconil oysters are farmed in the cold waters of the Atlantic Ocean, near the Gulf of Cádiz, located a few kilometers from the Strait of Gibraltar. This is where the Atlantic Ocean and the Mediterranean Sea converge, an area globally known because of the high quality of its waters, as well as the Almadraba, a millenary art of tuna fishing.
