At Luace Sostenible we have opted for the use of the latest generation technology for cultivation, where we have a rigorous sanitary hygiene self-control system which allows us to offer our clients the highest quality in product and food safety.
We have an administrative concession in the open sea with a culture area of 872,000 m2. This is at a distance of 4 nautical miles from the port of Conil, where our facilities are located, fully equipped to develop a professional and comprehensive service of cultivation, elaboration and commercialization of our products.
The concession is certified and authorized for the cultivation of the following species:
Curly Oyster (Crassostrea gigas)
Zamburiña (Chlamys varia)
Scallop (Pecten maximus)
Japanese clam (Ruditappes phyllipinarum)
Our company has fully equipped facilities for the development of cultivation tasks and product elaboration.
HANDLING ROOM, CLASSIFICATION AND PACKAGING OF BIVALVE MOLLUSCS.
Fully computerized and equipped with the most appropriate machinery to maintain appropriate levels of handling, classification and packaging of our products.
MOLLUSC WASHING OF THE LATEST TECHNOLOGY
Our technology has the capacity to purify 30 bivalve containers, equivalent to a total potential of more than 4,000 kilos of molluscs purified per day, which makes it one of the largest shellfish washers in Andalusia.
LABORATORY
Necessary instrumentation to carry out the correct monitoring of sanitary tests and product quality control is available at all our facilities.
CABO ROCHE BOAT
Our 16 meter long and 6.5 meter beam catamaran is specifically prepared for tasks in the open sea.
